Change Freeze & Blackout Period
Hello iQorians,
Below are the dates of an upcoming change freeze and blackout window. We are implementing this freeze to ensure the stability and reliability of our systems during peak customer volume due to the holiday season.
Change Freeze and Blackout Effective Dates:
- Black Friday/Cyber Monday: November 24 - December 7
- Christmas/New Year: December 21 - January 3
During this time, only critical changes essential to prevent an imminent issue or required to restore a service will be permitted.
Exceptions to the Change Freeze
We understand client-specific requests may arise during this period. Therefore, we will accommodate the following exceptions:
- Client-Specific Changes: Any changes requested by a client during the blackout period that are specific to that client's setup and do not impact other customer setups will be implemented.
- Broader Service Impacts: Changes that could affect services beyond a single client will be escalated to General Managers for approval.
