SupportHub - Approving Requests via EMail
Approvals can now be made by simply replying to the email notification received to approve a request.
- Click either the Approve or Reject button
- Enter in the reason for approval or reject. *Reason is required for rejected responses
**the bottom of the email request will give you a button to Approve or Reject.

When clicking Approve or Reject you will be taken to another email window where you will need to enter in the reason why you are approving or rejecting the request. Be sure to leave the additional content as is, do not delete or modify them.
